My wonderful husband, who has smoked for forever, has not smoked in 4 days!!!!! I'm so proud of him! I know it has to be a very hard thing to do. Yeah Donnie!!!!!
About the picture...it was taken my birthday weekend, and we were goofing off in a restaurant. We always have a good time together!

Go Duck.Hope you can stick with it, try the gum if it gets to hard. It worked for me.
